DMCA Policy for Ben Needham Reddit
Ben Needham Reddit ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Under the DMCA, you may be liable for damages, including attorneys' fees and costs, if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
To file a DMCA counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Subscriber's contact information: The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ben Needham Reddit may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the subscriber.
